We ship worldwide. Standard shipping within the United States is free. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
The Clinical Hybrid Tote is currently a founder pre-order. Bags ship in approximately 6-8 weeks from the date of your order. As soon as yours is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Returns
We want you to love your bag. If it's not right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused and in original condition, with the dust bag and any tags included. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear on your statement.
