Where we ship
Worldwide. Standard shipping within the United States is free; international rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
When it ships
Every style is usually in stock and ready to ship unless stated otherwise. Each tote is cut, sewn, and finished by hand in Bataan, Philippines.
Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Returns & exchanges
Because each tote is made with care in small batches, we currently aren’t able to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If something’s wrong
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email support@maskcape.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
